Bob Stanwood

Bob is a native Houstonian and received his BBA from Texas Christian University. He entered the mortgage business in 1975 and was a co-founder of Houston Capital Mortgage. He is a past director of the Greater Houston Association of Mortgage Brokers. He holds a Texas Mortgage Broker's License #687 as well as a Texas Real Estate Broker's License. He is an active member of Memorial Drive Presbyterian Church. He enjoys the outdoors, cycling and golf.
